Each participating agent is required to agree with the following code of ethics:

"The best interests of the client shall remain paramount always, and representations made on behalf of the client shall be true statements of fact. All dealings with clients, with fellow participants and their clients, as well as with other brokers, their clients and agents shall be conducted in a professional, confidential, and ethical manner at all times. The highest standards shall prevail."
